DFW Parliamentarians subscribes to the missions of National Association of Parliamentarians and Texas Association of Parliamentarians to practice, educate, and promote the use of parliamentary procedures to create smooth, fair and efficient meetings.
DFW Parliamentarians provides a monthly education on some aspect of parliamentary procedure followed by a full meeting which puts the practices to the test.
DFW Parliamentarians is fully funded through occasional dues, and is part of Texas State Association of Parliamentarians which is funded through dues shared with National Association of Parliamentarians, a private membership organization.
Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised (currently in the 12th Edition)
